Building a Fully Automated E-shop for Digital Products


For Highgate Group, we designed and developed a fully automated e-shop for selling professional training courses. The solution included an integrated payment gateway with automatic invoicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.


The e-shop offered digital products in the form of video-based training courses that became accessible immediately after payment. Each product page provided detailed information about the course and, in some cases, even a short preview to help customers make informed decisions.

Automated Invoicing Tailored to Internal Systems


Thanks to the proactive and collaborative approach of Highgate’s management, the implementation progressed quickly and efficiently. The project was launched in two phases.


During the pilot phase, we tested the functionality, performance, and market interest. In the second phase, we deployed the payment gateway together with an automated invoicing system. The invoicing solution was carefully selected to integrate smoothly with Highgate’s internal systems, allowing seamless data transfer into their existing accounting infrastructure.

An E-shop That Generated Revenue from Day One


Shortly after launch, it became clear that the results exceeded expectations. Highgate’s strong reputation and the high professional standard of its advisors sparked significant interest in the training courses. This interest was further supported through blog content and social media communication.


The e-shop not only generated immediate revenue but also strengthened Highgate’s image as a forward-thinking consulting firm that actively leverages modern technologies.

Automating the Lead Acquisition Process


The second key area we focused on was the automation of lead acquisition. Highgate operates in a highly specialized market segment focused on accounting and tax advisory services. Their original lead management process was designed for a much smaller company and no longer met their growing needs. It lacked transparency and did not allow for effective management of sales opportunities.

CRM Selection and Implementation


After analyzing the existing process, we proposed automating lead acquisition using a modern CRM system. We selected and implemented a CRM that tracks the entire acquisition process from the first inquiry to client onboarding.


The system provides clear visibility into the number of active inquiries, probability of success, and client qualification. It also records reasons for lost opportunities and delivers detailed sales analytics, including lead sources. This made it possible to evaluate and optimize investments in Google Ads campaigns.

Website Optimization for Better Lead Capture


We optimized the existing website to improve lead generation. Multiple contact forms were unified into one universal form and fully integrated with the CRM system. Each submitted inquiry is now automatically transferred to the CRM, and the sales team receives instant notifications about new leads.


Every sales opportunity is handled directly in the CRM, allowing responsible team members to contact clients promptly and collect additional information about their needs.


Improved Conversion Rates and Marketing Efficiency


The results exceeded management’s expectations. Automation simplified and clarified the entire sales process, provided better visibility into sales activities, and enabled more effective allocation of marketing budgets.


Following the optimizations, the website became significantly more conversion-focused, and Google Ads campaigns started generating a higher number of qualified inquiries. Improved onboarding and lead tracking delivered valuable insights that now serve as a foundation for ongoing marketing and business decisions.
