CRM Selection and Implementation
After analyzing the existing process, we proposed automating lead acquisition using a modern CRM system. We selected and implemented a CRM that tracks the entire acquisition process from the first inquiry to client onboarding.
The system provides clear visibility into the number of active inquiries, probability of success, and client qualification. It also records reasons for lost opportunities and delivers detailed sales analytics, including lead sources. This made it possible to evaluate and optimize investments in Google Ads campaigns.
Website Optimization for Better Lead Capture
We optimized the existing website to improve lead generation. Multiple contact forms were unified into one universal form and fully integrated with the CRM system. Each submitted inquiry is now automatically transferred to the CRM, and the sales team receives instant notifications about new leads.
Every sales opportunity is handled directly in the CRM, allowing responsible team members to contact clients promptly and collect additional information about their needs.
Improved Conversion Rates and Marketing Efficiency
The results exceeded management’s expectations. Automation simplified and clarified the entire sales process, provided better visibility into sales activities, and enabled more effective allocation of marketing budgets.
