How We Increased an E-shop’s Revenue by 36%

Trivolt is a company specializing in the production of heating foils and the design of modern infrared heating systems. Their solutions are primarily intended for thermally renovated buildings as well as modern low-energy houses, apartments, cottages, mobile homes, and industrial facilities.


The company’s mission is to bring innovative infrared heating technologies to buildings where efficient and sustainable heating is required. Trivolt addresses customers who value modern, economical, and environmentally friendly heating solutions with zero CO₂ emissions.

E-shop Process Automation


Our main objective was to automate the e-shop’s invoicing process as much as possible. The goal was to reduce manual invoice creation, eliminate errors, and significantly speed up order processing. After a thorough analysis of the client’s requirements, we recommended the Omega accounting system by Kros. The solution met all expectations and was approved by the client.

Implementing Warehouse Management


One of the biggest challenges was building a brand-new warehouse management system within double-entry accounting. This system had to seamlessly connect the warehouse with the e-shop and enable automatic invoicing.


A specific requirement was inventory management based on units of measurement - meters instead of individual pieces. This required custom adjustments to the connector to ensure accurate stock deductions. Once the main warehouse was set up, products were stocked and successfully linked to the e-shop.

Smarter E-shop Automation


Thanks to the new setup, the e-shop began displaying real-time stock availability. Product availability became clearer and was shown in the correct units of measurement. After analyzing the ordering process and considering the client’s operational needs, we configured invoicing directly in Omega and synchronized it with the e-shop.


Orders were automatically imported into the accounting system, where an assistant could easily review, finalize, and post them, saving time and minimizing errors.

Automatic Invoicing & Advanced Product Handling


The integration of the warehouse system with the e-shop enabled fully automated invoicing based on real business scenarios. At the same time, it allowed manual adjustments when necessary. This significantly simplified the assistant’s workflow and reduced error rates.


The e-shop also offered product bundles and semi-finished products composed of multiple items. We addressed this complexity by implementing so-called macro cards in the warehouse system. Once introduced, manual processing was reduced to a minimum and the entire workflow became faster and more reliable.

E-shop and Website Redesign


The website underwent a complete redesign. We enriched it with new information, improved clarity, and restructured the content for better usability. The visual style was modernized to reflect current design trends, resulting in a cohesive, consistent, and user-friendly website.


We also fixed technical issues, removed unnecessary plugins and inactive pages, and developed a product configurator that guided users directly to the e-shop. Visitors could easily select the right solution and complete their purchase with confidence.

Optimizing Product Pages & User Experience


Special attention was given to product detail pages. Each product was enhanced with comprehensive information, enabling customers to make informed purchasing decisions without leaving the page.


In addition to descriptive text, we optimized technical specifications, added illustrative images, real-world application examples, and infographics. In some cases, we also included installation and product videos. During usability testing, we used HotJar to analyze user behavior and fine-tune the content for maximum effectiveness.

Google Ads Campaign Management


All Google Ads campaigns were gradually rebuilt from the ground up. Older formats were phased out and replaced with modern campaign structures. We optimized all assets (headlines, descriptions, texts, and visuals) and, with management’s approval, significantly increased the advertising budget.


The combination of improved product pages, a redesigned e-shop, and optimized campaigns delivered outstanding results.
